In the second half of 2022, with a transaction volume of CHF 226 million, industrial real estate remained relatively stable. The total inventory amounted to 4,160,000 sqm at the end of the year. Despite this increase in stock, the availability rate of 2.0% remains constant, due to the strong demand from Geneva's main industrial activities.
