Commercialisation of the BIRD

SPGI is exclusively commissioned by SwissLife to commercialise the BIRD project
At the beginning of 2016, the building BIBCII has about 7‘000 sq m of areas. In view of his main tenant Global Fund who was going to vacate close to 14‘000 sq m for the end of Q1 2018, SPGI approached SwissLife in order to propose a new complete marketing strategy to respond to this particular situation.

- A call for tenders for the communication agencies was issued. The Base agency won this mandate and the BIRD project, formerly known as BIBCII, acquired finally its name.

Thanks to its network, the SPGI team dedicated to the project multiplied contacts and appointments in that process and had been able to convince the AKKA Technologie society of the site‘s potential. The excellent connectivity, the living space and the exceptional work environment are all qualities that have helped to quickly convince the executive managment to settle before the end of 2017, thereby marking the successful renewal of the BIRD.
